This disclaimer explains the limits of what Dingdok is and what it can be used for. It should be read together with the EULA.
1. No affiliation
Dingdok is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Bilibili, X, or any other platform whose content you may choose to access. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you download and for how you use it. Dingdok does not host, store, or distribute any third-party media. It does not select content on your behalf and does not know whether you hold the necessary rights.
3. No bypassing of protections
Dingdok does not bypass authentication, paywalls, digital rights management, or any other access control, and it will not be made to do so. Login-only and DRM-protected content is not supported.
4. Availability
Available platforms, formats, resolutions, and features depend on what each source site actually serves at parse time. These can change or disappear without notice. Status shown on platform pages reflects the state at the time of the last check and is not a guarantee.
5. Third-party sites
Links you process are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the sites involved. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
6. No professional advice
Nothing in the Software or this website constitutes legal advice. If you are unsure whether a download is lawful in your situation, consult a qualified professional.
7. Accuracy and errors
We make reasonable efforts to keep documentation and platform information accurate, but errors and omissions may occur. The Software is provided without warranty as set out in the EULA.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use or misuse of the Software, including claims brought by third parties over content you downloaded.
